Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders qualify for free standard shipping — there is no minimum order value required.
These are estimates and do not include order processing time. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
Large furniture items (sofas, beds, dining tables, and similarly sized pieces) ship via a freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. Freight deliveries are typically curbside; the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect large items for visible damage at the time of delivery before signing for the shipment.
High-value furniture shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available, please provide delivery instructions or arrange for someone to receive the shipment on your behalf.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at info@romattidesign.com.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
While we work to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or supply availability, particularly for freight-shipped furniture. We will notify you by email of any significant delay affecting your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@romattidesign.com. If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Deliveries refused without a valid damage claim may be subject to return shipping deductions from any refund.
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
